[accordionbody]Plans are reviewed within 30 days of receipt.[/accordionbody]

[accordionhead]If site changes are required after a plan has been certified do I need to notify the District?[/accordionhead]

[accordionbody]Yes. If site changes become necessary, a revised plan is to be submitted to the District BEFORE changes are made on the site.[/accordionbody]

[accordionhead]Can a report of compliance be faxed?[/accordionhead]

[accordionbody]No. Reports of compliance can be mailed or picked up at our office.[/accordionbody]

[accordionhead]How do I request an inspection?[/accordionhead]

[accordionbody]Inspection requests must be emailed or faxed to our office at 732-683-9140. Please include the town, block, lot and application number in your fax.[/accordionbody]
